Commoning in the Wild
During this workshop by (Un)usual Business we will discuss about the dilemmas you encounter in the wild west of the real world, when trying to match your ideals with the practical possibilities that exist today.
What do you do, for example, when you want to common something but the 'commoned' technology is too complex; user-unfriendly or doesn't even exist? How can we make sure that our 'commoned' techniques or projects are the best solution for other commoning initiatives? Together we will search for solutions, based on our own research on commoning initiatives in Utrecht, our experiences developing a website, and the experience of the projects present at Koppelting festival.
